About Fat Track
Most calorie trackers fail for the same reason: logging a meal takes longer than eating it. Fat Track starts from a photo — you send the plate, the AI reads it, and the day adds up on its own.
The product is two halves of one thing. The bot in Telegram or MAX is for speed: a photo, a line of text or a voice note, and you are done. The web app is for the picture: charts, history, weight trend, habit medals, home workouts and an AI chat about your own numbers.
There is no free tier with crippled features and no per-photo pricing — 7 days of full access, then one subscription that covers everything. Nothing about the diary is designed to shame you: a missed day is a missed day, not a reset of the streak.
Fat Track in one sentence
Fat Track is a calorie and macro tracker that works from a photo, a line of text or a voice note: a bot in Telegram and MAX plus a web app with a diary, charts, home workouts and an AI chat about your own numbers.
How Fat Track counts calories: five steps
- Open the bot in Telegram or MAX and go through a short onboarding: sex, age, height, weight, activity and goal. The bot works out your calorie and macro targets.
- Send a photo of the dish, write it in words («porridge with milk, 250 g, and a banana») or record a voice note. The AI estimates the contents, calories, protein, fat and carbs and saves the entry.
- Correct it if needed: portion weight, «no oil», «double portion» — the entry is recalculated.
- Through the day mark water and weight, get reminders on your schedule and a short AI read of the day with a focus for tomorrow.
- In the app look at history, charts for the week and the month, your macro target and the statistics.

Questions people ask about the project
How accurate is the AI at counting calories from a photo?
For simple, visible plates it is close enough to steer a day. Sauces, oil and deep bowls are the usual sources of error, and one line of context fixes most of them.
How much does Fat Track cost?
There is a full-access trial with no card. After that one subscription covers the bot, the app, analytics and all workouts, with discounts on longer terms.
How do I pay from outside Russia?
With a foreign Visa or Mastercard through Robokassa, or with Telegram Stars inside the bot — no card and no billing page at all.
Where is my data stored and can I delete it?
The diary is stored on the service's servers and tied to your account. You can delete an entry yourself, and deleting the account removes the diary.
How is Fat Track different from FatSecret, Yazio or MyFitnessPal?
The format: Fat Track lives inside a messenger with nothing to install and logs food from a photo, text or voice instead of a database search.
Who makes it
Fat Track is built by a small independent team. The service is provided by Andrei Sokolov, self-employed (INN 616804568492), Russia. Questions, bug reports and feature requests are read by the people who write the code — write to hello@fat-track.com or straight to the bot.
